How long is usual production time?

All beaded jewelry is hand-crafted and can take up to 7-14 business days to be completed and shipped. I strive to complete & mail your orders within 1 week. Timing depends on specific materials in stock and the number of current orders. Personalized (nameplate or photo) jewelry can take between 3-4 weeks to be completed and shipped. All jewelry is “made to order”, especially for you.
Is it solid gold?

Gold filled is not solid gold. There's a thick layer of real, solid gold on the outside of a brass core.
Am I able to shower in my beads?

Gold-filled beads aren't known to turn or tarnish. You can shower and swim in all of your gold- filled beaded jewelry.
What are your care instructions?

To avoid scratching, and smashing your beads, or popping your wire, it is best to take them off before showers or any sport-like activities. It is recommended that you wipe all of your pieces after they have been wet to preserve their shine. Use a jewelry cloth often.
